  • Participate in pre-installation meetings, quality reviews, and owner discussions to maintain clear communication and expectations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in MEP QA/QC, MEP coordination, or MEP field supervision, preferably on mission-critical or data center projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, fire protection, and low-voltage infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes, integrated systems testing, and data center performance requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or BIM tools.
  • Relevant certifications (CQM, QC Manager, ASHRAE, NICET, etc.) are a plus
